Digital Product Refund Policy

This policy applies to digital products purchased through Nudivena.

After downloading begins

Once downloading or access to a digital product has begun, refunds are not provided for change-of-mind requests.

Faulty or misdescribed products

If a file is corrupted, cannot be downloaded, or materially differs from its description, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will review the request and may provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Before downloading

If you have not downloaded the product, you may contact our support team to request a refund review.

No physical return

Nudivena products are delivered digitally. There is no physical product to ship or return.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
